Are you our new Community Operations Supervisor?
Help deliver the venues, events and community spaces at the heart of Stone.
Stone Town Council is seeking an enthusiastic, practical and customer-focused Community Operations Supervisor to join our growing Community Operations Team.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day operation of council venues and parks, community events, hospitality services and public facilities. Working as a key part of the Community Operations Team, you will help ensure that our venues, events and community spaces are safe, welcoming and professionally operated. The role also includes providing a visible council presence within our parks and public spaces, promoting responsible use of facilities and helping to resolve issues through positive engagement, communication and practical problem-solving.
No two days are the same. One day you may be patrolling the parks, supervising a venue booking or assisting with hospitality operations. The next you could be coordinating staff, undertaking facility inspections, responding to operational issues or helping prepare for a major community event.
If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, taking responsibility and being part of a team that delivers visible benefits to the local community, we would love to hear from you.
