Stone Parish Council is now advertising the following tender opportunity on the Contracts Finder website:
The tender is for the Phase 1 construction works relating to the Masterplan improvements for the existing Stone Parish Council Recreational Ground including the following;
– Improvements to the immediate surrounds to the existing war memorial
– Construction of central Spine Walk
– Construction of central Plaza area and inclusive features
– Construction of a new pump track
– Construction of a new MUGA
– Construction of vehicular passing bays to the existing access road from ‘London Road’
– Construction of new Café, parking and associated hardstandings, drainage and utilities connections
– Site wide landscaping to the recreational ground
– Completion of design
The tender is for the whole of the works. Applications for tender for part of the works will not be accepted.
The Contract shall be a JCT Design and Build 2016 form executed as a deed
