118/11/18NP: TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING HELD ON 9 OCTOBER 2018
The minutes of the last meeting held on 9 October 2018 were approved
119/11/18NP: MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
There were no matters arising from the previous minutes
120/11/18NP: TO RECEIVE A PRESENTATION OF THE GREEN CORRIDOR REPORT
Louise Hooper of LHLA gave a presentation of the green corridor report. Directors praised the work and noted the many opportunities that existed within the Parish for the green corridor.
It was confirmed that this report would be completed and delivered by 4thDecember. Directors thanked Louise Hooper for her work.
121/11/18NP: TO DISCUSS LATEST ITERATION OF THE POLICY SECTION
The latest version of the plan was still being amended, so directors decided it would be better to be discussed at the next meeting.
122/11/18NP: TO NOTE DARTFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL’S GUIDANCE NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS REGARDING CHARGING POINTS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The guidance note for developers regarding charging points for electric vehicles was noted.
123/11/18NP: TO RECEIVE UPDATE ON SCHOOL CONSULTATION ON SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL
One school has been visited. The other directors will be contacted to chase up the contact with the other two schools.
124/11/18NP: TO RECEIVE STATEMENT FOR STONE CASTLE
Directors noted that contact with the owners of Stone Castle had been made and that this statement was in hand.
125/11/18NP: TO DETERMINE THE DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
Directors decided the next meeting would be held on Wednesday 12thDecember at 3.30pm.
