Councillor J Burrell declared an interest in item 11/09/18FA as he is related to the clerk

04/09/18FA:  TO ELECT A COMMITTEE VICE CHAIRMAN FOR 2018-19

Councillor K Kelly was nominated and duly accepted the position of Vice Chairman

05/09/18FA: TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 25 APRIL 2018

The minutes of the Finance & Audit Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 25 April 2018 were approved as an accurate record.

06/09/18FA:  TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS

Full details of payments were provided for member’s approval. The payments were authorised.

07/09/18FA: TO CONSIDER GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM LOCAL GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Members decided that the application from the scout group needed more information about where the money would be spent so will ask that it is resent for the next meeting.

Members agreed to offer free venue hire for Citizens Advice at Stone Pavilion to help the residents of the Parish.

08/09/18FA: TO NOTE 1^st QTR BUDGET MONITORING REPORT 2018-19

The 1^st Qtr budget monitoring report 2018-19 was noted.

09/09/18FA:  TO PROPOSE ITEMS FOR THE NEXT AGENDA 

The draft budget, CIL priorities, QS costings of the rec masterplan were proposed as items for the next agenda

10/09/18FA: EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

The press and public were excluded.

11/09/18FA:  TO RESOLVE SALARIES FOLLOWING HR COMMITTEE REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION OF SPINAL POINTS TO CONCLUDE IMPLEMENTATION OF STAFFING RESTRUCTURE

Members resolved salaries following the HR Committee review and recommendation of spinal points.
