13/11/18SPD: TO DISCUSS MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES
No matters were discussed arising from the previous minutes
14/11/18SPD: TO DISCUSS ACCESS OPTIONS TO PYLONS BY NATIONAL GRID
Members discussed access to the pylon located on the recreation ground and the lack of an access agreement with National Grid. Members noted that the pylon in question is in the way of the Stone Recreation Ground Masterplan and issues that it presented in terms of any work that could be done in that area.
Members resolved to enquire about legal assistance regarding this matter and then discuss the matter further at a Full Council meeting.
15/11/18SPD: TO RESOLVE PHASING FOR STONE RECREATION GROUND MASTERPLAN
Members discussed the consultation feedback and the priorities for the Stone Recreation Ground Masterplan. Members resolved to obtain a quote for the outline planning permission and revisit the priorities once this is in place.
16/11/18SPD: TO RECEIVE A COMMUNICATIONS STATISTICS REPORT
Members noted the Communications Statistics Report.
17/11/18SPD: EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

18/11/18SPD: TO DISCUSS OPTIONS REGARDING 209 LONDON ROAD
Members discussed the options for 209 London Road and resolved to advertise for a caretaker position to cover certain duties at the recreation ground and pavilion whilst residing in the house. An advertisement for the position will be advertised and will be revisited at the next Full Council meeting in January.
19/11/18SPD: TO RECEIVE AN UPDATE REGARDING COTTON LANE
An update for Cotton Lane was received by members and they noted that we should be able to move forward in the next few weeks.
20/11/18SPD: TO DISCUSS PROPOSALS FROM STONEPIT RESTORATION LTD FOR AN EMERGENCY ENTRANCE VIA THE RECREATION GROUND
Members discussed the proposal from Stonepit Restoration Ltd for and emergency entrance via the recreation ground. Members resolved to obtain quotes for the fencing work at the recreation ground and decided that this would need to go before the Full Council in January before a final decision could be made.
