12/12/19FA: TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 2019
The Minutes of the Finance & Audit Committee Meeting were approved.
13/12/19FA: TO NOTE BUDGET MONITORING REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING OCTOBER 2019
The Budget Monitoring report for the period ending October 2019 was noted by members.
14/12/19FA: TO CONSIDER DRAFT ANNUAL COUNCIL BUDGET FOR 2020-21
Members discussed the proposed budget at length. It was noted that an accurate draft budget would not be possible until after the general election as that would have a big impact.
Members resolved to request an extension from Dartford Borough Council to confirm the precept. They would then meet at the end of January for a Finance & Audit Committee meeting and postpone the Full Council meeting until after the committee has met and discussed.

Full details of payments were provided to the members.

16/12/19FA: TO CONSIDER GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM LOCAL GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS
Members discussed the grant application received from the Dartford District 9 group to raise money to send them to the European Scout Jamboree in Gdansk. Members resolved to give a grant £1000 to the group.
