Councillor L Canham was nominated and duly accepted the position of Chairman

Apologies for absence were received from Cllr S Thredgle and Cllr K Grehan 

03/09/19FA:  TO ACCEPT DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

No declarations of interest were received. 

04/09/19FA:  TO ELECT A COMMITTEE VICE CHAIRMAN FOR 2019-20

Councillor K Kelly was nominated and duly elected as Vice Chairman.

05/09/19FA: TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 25 APRIL 2019

The minutes of the Finance & Audit Committee meeting held on Wednesday 25 April 2019 were approved by the committee. 

06/09/19FA:  TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS

Full details of payments were provided for member’s approval. Members authorised the payments listed.

07/09/19FA: TO CONSIDER GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM LOCAL GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Members unanimously approved a grant of £300.00 for Play Place, The Ark Preschool.

08/09/19FA: TO NOTE 1^st QTR BUDGET MONITORING REPORT 2019-20

The 1^st Qtr Budget Monitoring report 2019-20 was noted by the members.

09/09/19FA:  TO UNDERTAKE A REVIEW OF INTERNAL CONTROLS AND RISK MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Members approved the internal controls and risk management arrangements.
